This website is operated by Pnerfsolutions, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as SPC Company (Specialty Products and Components), based in Torrance, California. SPC has supplied compressed air and pneumatic products to distributors and industrial customers since 1999.

In these terms, "SPC," "we," "us," and "our" mean Pnerfsolutions, Inc. dba SPC Company. "You" means the person or company using this site or requesting a quote.

This site is an information and request-for-quote (RFQ) tool. It is not an online store. You cannot complete a purchase or pay for products on this website. Product pages explain what we carry and let you ask us to quote it; pricing, availability, and final terms are confirmed by our team on a written quote.

We work primarily through distributors. The product education and selection guidance here is meant to help a distributor or industrial buyer understand a product well enough to request an accurate quote.

When you submit an RFQ, we respond with a written quote covering the specific products, quantities, pricing, lead time, and any product-line terms that apply. A quote is not an offer that you can accept to form a contract. It is an invitation for you to place an order, valid only for the period stated on it. Information on this website is never an offer to sell.

A contract is formed only when SPC issues a written order confirmation or otherwise accepts your order in writing, or when SPC ships the products. Each sale is governed by these terms, the Returns and Warranty policy, and the terms of our quote and order confirmation. SPC's acceptance is expressly conditioned on your agreement to these terms. Any different or additional terms in your purchase order, request, or other documents are rejected and do not apply unless an authorized SPC representative agrees to them in a signed writing. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if pricing was stated in error, a product is unavailable, or required account or credit information is incomplete.

Lead times

Lead times depend on the brand. For SPC-controlled lines (Sang-A Pneumatics, for which SPC is the US master distributor), in-stock items typically ship same day or next business day. For all other brands, the lead time is set by that manufacturer, varies by item and stock, and is confirmed on your quote. We do not publish flat site-wide lead times.

All pricing is quoted in US dollars and is exclusive of applicable taxes, freight, and handling unless the quote states otherwise. Prices and availability can change and are firm only as stated on a current written quote.

Payment terms

• Approved accounts: Net 30 from invoice date.
• All equipment and compressor orders require prepayment. A payment plan or equipment-finance referral option is available; ask our team for the options for your order.
• Applicable sales tax is added unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file.

We do not charge a late fee. Orders are held until payment is received.

Product specifications, drawings, compatibility information, warranty notes, and return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product line. The information on this site is provided for general reference. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current or error free. Always confirm critical specifications and product-line terms on the final quote and the manufacturer documentation before you rely on them.

Any sizing, cross-reference, or selection guidance is a starting point, not engineering certification. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and safe for your specific application, operating conditions, and applicable codes. When in doubt, ask us to review the application before you order.

SPC Company is an independent distributor. Unless a brand page expressly states that SPC is an authorized distributor or dealer for that brand, SPC is not an authorized dealer, agent, or representative of the brands shown on this site, and those manufacturers do not sponsor, endorse, or approve SPC or this site. Brand names, logos, and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the genuine products we can source and quote, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the trademark owner. Manufacturer warranties may depend on the manufacturer's own policies for products bought through independent channels; ask us before you order if this matters to you.

The site design, original text, and other SPC content are owned by SPC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share this content for legitimate business evaluation of SPC's products. You may not scrape, republish, resell, or use it to build a competing dataset or service without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests or account information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' data.

This site may link to manufacturer datasheets and other third-party resources for your convenience. SPC does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

You agree to indemnify and hold SPC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
