CS Instruments equipment for the application.
Select the family. Confirm the model.
CS Instruments develops instruments for compressed air and technical gases. Its product families measure flow, dew point, leaks and residual oil, so each answers a different question about the system.
The VA 500 uses thermal mass flow measurement; the FA 550 measures dew point in a die-cast aluminum housing. Select the measurement first, then confirm the sensor range, pressure, process connection and installation. A flow reading cannot establish air purity on its own. Bring SPC Company the gas, operating conditions and measurement requirement so the manufacturer's instrument and accessories can be reviewed for the application.
Bring the application and model requirements.
Food & Beverage Processing → ISO 8573-1 air-quality verification and dew-point monitoring for food-contact compressed air.
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Laboratory → Continuous oil-vapor and particle monitoring to document Class 0 / Class 1 air quality.
Automotive Manufacturing → Flow metering and leak detection for compressed-air energy audits in assembly plants.
General Manufacturing → Baseline flow measurement, leak surveys, and dew-point alarms for plant air systems.
Chemical & Petrochemical → Dew-point and flow measurement for compressed air and industrial gases in process plants. Confirm the service, required capacity, operating conditions and installation before choosing the model.
Use the manufacturer catalog for dimensions and ratings. SPC Company can help review the selected model and quote availability.
